CARL Source allows you to manage Assessment for each observation related to a diagnostic work order.

As each service provider has its own assessment coding, these two notations should be matched.

Management of the list of assessment equivalencies

Accessing the list of assessment equivalencies

1. Place the cursor in the [Work] module and select [Assessment equivalencies] from the [Configuration] section.
   → The list of assessment equivalencies is displayed.

Create an equivalence of assessments

1. From the list of assessment equivalencies, click on the add icon .
   → A line is added in creation mode.
   
   
2. Fill in the attributes of the equivalence of assessments and then save .
   → The new equivalence of assessments is created and is available.

Delete an equivalence of assessments

1. From the list of assessment equivalencies, select the ones to be deleted and then click on the delete icon .
   → The selected assessment equivalencies are deleted, provided they have not been used in any work orders.

Evaluation attributes

• Service provider: Service provider selection.
• Organization: Selection of the organization for which the equivalence will be attributed. If not entered, the equivalence is effective for all organizations.
• Service provider assessment: Assessment code on the service provider's side.
• Assessment: Selection of the corresponding assessment within CARL Source.
