This function can be accessed from the profile list by clicking on
. It allows you to simultaneously administer (initialize, change or delete) authorizations, feature settings and status workflows for multiple profiles.
Target profile dashboard
This table shows the profiles to be changed, providing an overview of the selected profiles.
Form tabs
- Functions: Contains authorizations and settings for the various functions.
- Status workflow: Groups status transitions and status-dependent authorizations.
The tables associated with these tabs are initially populated with default authorizations and values.
Profile administration options
Two main methods are available for managing rights and settings:
1. Manual administration
- Check the authorization boxes and enter the setting values directly in the corresponding lines.
- Check the Update box to apply default values or rights to the selected profiles.
2. Copy administration
General copy:
A global action, "Copy profile data", is available at
. It is designed to:
- Copy profile selection: Select the profile from which data will be copied.

Selection of elements to be copied:
- Feature authorizations.
- Feature settings.
- Status transitions.
- Authorizations based on status.

Confirmation of the action:
- The rights and settings tables are initialized with the authorizations and values of the selected copy profile.
- The profile code is displayed next to the tab title in question. Example: Authorizations (initialized by the CARL profile).
Copy by Node:
- Tables (authorizations, settings, status transitions, state-dependent authorizations) offer a targeted copy action via
.
- This action selects a specific node and only initializes the associated lines.
If a table is already pre-populated, its authorizations and values will be replaced by those of the copy profile.
Form confirmation
When confirming changes, the following rules apply:
- Lines with the Update box checked: Changes are applied to all target profiles.
- Lines with the Update box unchecked: No change is applied, even if an authorization or a value is entered.
