This form lets you consolidate identical batches or move the entire inventory of one or more items from one location to another, within the same warehouse, from:

• A list of active items, managed in inventory with a non-zero quantity.
• A list of assets in inventory.
• From item inventory.

Context

• Movement: The type of movement from the "Change of location" category types.
• Movement date: The date and time of the inventory movement, initialized by the system date.
• Agent: The agent behind movement, initiated by the connected agent.
• Warehouse: You can filter selected lines by warehouse.
• Original location: You can filter selected lines according to their original location.

Movement

• Destination location: You must select an active destination location different from the original locations for all selected lines. Otherwise, the line will be ignored. (The destination location can be general for all lines, or specified for each line individually via the DESTINATION LOCATION column in the selected lines dashboard).
• Delete link with original location: This option lets you indicate that the original location is no longer valid for the item. (It can be general for all lines or specified for each line individually via the DELETE column. ORIGIN LINK of the dashboard of selected lines).
• Consolidate batches:
  • Consolidation is only possible on identical batches.
  • The quantity moved is calculated as the sum of the inventory quantities of selected lines in the same batch.
  • The batch expiry date will be the earliest of the dates of the consolidated batches (i.e. the latest in the past or the earliest in the future).

Lines selected

This dashboard contains the inventory lines to be moved.

To add one or more inventory lines, select the desired adding mode from the add menu.

• Search in inventory: Display of the list ofinventory items. Check the relevant inventory lines and confirm.
• Item search: The list of items is displayed. Check the items to be added and confirm.
• Asset search: The list of assets in inventory is displayed. Check the assets to be added and confirm.

To initiate the change of location, click on the "Confirm" button on the change of location form.
