Importing service provider files into CARL Source results in the creation/updating of DIAGNOSTIC work orders (in the Pending completion or In progress status).
These work orders are associated with inspection operations, authorizing actions to be taken based on the assessment defined in CARL Source.
The service provider's PDF report is included as an attachment in the work order.
From the work order operations tab, the actions icon can be used to generate actions to be taken based on a WR or a Work order for each operation.
Nonconformities are translated by operations transcribing the details of the service provider's inspection report.
These nonconformities can also generate actions to be taken through WRs or work orders.
The link to the original diagnostic Work order then appears in the Corrective Work order origin tab.
The details of the operation tracing the nonconformity is also reported in the Corrective work order comment.

Note that this applies only for work orders generated from a SOCOTEC inspection report.
The details of a SOCOTEC work order can be customized by adding fields that are not included as default.
