Errors can be viewed in the exchange history at the external system level.
Errors can occur during the following steps:
The error at the connection level occurs directly and causes a message similar to this:

Error examples
DOWNLOAD step
The path "E:\Temp\in" does not exist or is not a directory.
The directories defined at the connection point are incorrect.
I/O Error when searching the file on the SFTP Server: serverUrl=ftp://sftp.rapports.bureauveritas.com, directory=/reception, file=null, prefixFileNameFilter=null, fileNameExtension=.zip
No ZIP file is available on the SFTP server, contact the service provider.
Or problem with the Customer mode setting of the (BV_FTP or SO_FTP) connector; test by changing the ACTIVE or PASSIVE value.
INTEGRATION step
xxx was not found in the application.
The elements in the service provider's report did not match in CARL Source.
The codes found by the service provider do not match the codes in CARL Source.
This information, which is not coded, is then copied into the comment for the operations for diagnosing the work orders generated by CARL Source.
