Some transitions are necessary for proper operation of CARL Source.
It is recommended that all automated transitions of standard workflows be kept in the custom workflows.

For details on attributes, see Status workflow [General].

Accessing status workflows

  1. Place the cursor in the [System] module and select [Status workflows] from the "Customization" section.
→ The list of status workflows is displayed.

Creating a status workflow

It is strongly recommended that workflows be created by copying standard workflows.
  1. Check the workflow to be copied or open its detail sheet.

  2. On the creation menu , select "Duplicate."

Using a status workflow

  1. Once a status workflow is created, select the object for which it was defined in the dictionary (Example: WO for work order, PR for purchase request)

  2. On the [General] tab, fill in the Status workflow attribute with the one created.

  3. In the defined profiles, indicate the rights for the statuses of the new workflow, even if they are identical to those of the previous one.
To return to default operation, assign the standard workflow back to the object and restore the rights.
