Anticipated resources
Depending on the update that you have triggered, this list contains:
The line is highlighted in yellow if it is for a resource without an assigned material resource.
This means that at least one resource line is saved for the work order.
Same information and use as in Planning [Team assignment].
The
icon, representing a material resource on a resource line, serves to display the code and name of the material resource when you hover over it with the cursor.
The team displayed corresponds to the team entered in the details of the resource.

Availability of material resources
This list contains the material resources that may be assigned to all the selected resource lines.
In the event of discrepancies between the two lists (resources/availability), the software attempts to perform a reconciliation, based on the following data:
The material resource is checked if it is assigned to the selected resource.
To assign a material resource to an anticipated resource, check the material resource and click on "Assign/Deassign material resource.
Conversely, after having clicked on "See work orders to be assigned," to assign the material resource to a resource, check the material resource and click on "Assign/Deassign material resource."
Material resource availability actions
Smoothing of workloads/availability
This planning function is used to adjust the duration of each cell, so as to adjust the period of time displayed on the screen (using the two buttons to adjust the zoom).
As default, the screens are presented with a resolution of: one day per column.
If the display is adjusted to a resolution of one day or more (e.g. a week or month per column), the software will display the workloads and availability of material resources by consolidating the expected times.
Conversely, if the display is adjusted to a resolution of less than one day (6, 2, 1 or ½ hours), the software will spread the times out over each list:
