It is possible to do/undo the operations of a work order in a graphic and fast way directly through the map by selecting "Carry out operations on the map" in the menu of the work order details
icon.
note that this action is not available in the menu for work orders in preparation.
Performing the work order's geolocated operations
- Select "Carry out the map operations" in the menu of the
icon in the work order details.
→ the map opens and all work order geolocated operations are selected,
→ The GIS table is updated with the various GIS elements.
- Click on the
icon to validate the changes.
→ A summary pop-up is displayed containing a summary of the actions performed on the operations,
- 38419 : This icon appears in the first column of the table if a change (do or undo) has been made to the operation,
- Seq: can be changed to reorganize the operations.
- Completed: box checked indicating whether the operation has been completed,
- Date: date on which the operation is performed. Initialized with the default value.
- For completed operations, the default date is initialized with the contents of the "Default completion date" field. This information can be changed globally or individually.
- Click on the Validate button
→ Operations are updated in the work order details.
- Save the work order to save the changes to the operations.
Undoing the work order's geolocated operations
- Select "Carry out the map operations" in the menu of the
icon in the work order details.
→ the map opens and all work order geolocated operations are selected,
→ The GIS table is updated with the various GIS elements.
- Click on the operations to be undone.
→ The GIS table is updated and the appearance of the lines to be undone changes.
- Click on the
icon to validate the changes.
→ A summary pop-up is displayed containing a summary of the actions performed on the operations.
- 38428: This icon appears in the first column of the table if a change (do or undo) has been made to the operation,
- Seq: can be changed to reorganize the operations.
- Completed: box uncheckedindicating that the operation has been undone,
- Date: Not defined.
- Click on the Validate button
→ Operations are updated in the work order details.
- Save the work order to save the changes to the operations.
Adding and performing geolocated operations
An operation can be added and performed immediately through the map.
- Select "Carry out the map operations" from the menu of the
icon in the work order details.

- Select elements term on the basis of which the operations are to be created.
→ The GIS table is updated with the various GIS elements.
- Click on the
icon to validate the changes.
→ A summary pop-up is displayed containing a summary of the actions performed on the operations.
- 38440 : this icon appears in the first column of the table if it is an added operation,
- Completed: box checked indicating whether the operation has been completed,
- Date: date on which the operation is performed. Initialized with the default value.
- For new operations, a default operation type is initialized. This information can be changed globally or individually.
- Click on the Validate button
→ Operations are updated in the work order details.
- Save the work order to save the changes to the operations.
The "Default operation type from mapping" module setting allows you to define the default operation type initialized in the summary pop-up.
The "Return to the map" button on the summary pop-up allows users to return to the map with their last selection. If they want, users can adjust their selections again before confirming.
As default, only the changed operations are displayed.
Check the "Display all operations" box to view the complete list of work order operations.
In the operations management context, the
icon for accessing actions in the table is not accessible.
