The operations of a work order can be managed (add / delete / change) both graphically and quickly and directly through the GIS map.

Viewing the work order's geolocated operations

To view the geolocated operations of a work order on the map, select "Manage operations on the map" in the menu of the icon in the details of a work order.
→The map opens with the selected geolocated operations,
→ The GIS table displays the selected operations,
→ The multi-selection mode is enabled.

Delete the work order's geolocated operations

1. Click on the operations to be deleted.
   → The GIS table is updated and the appearance of the lines to be deleted changes.
   
2. Click on the validation icon to validate the changes.
   → A summary pop-up is displayed containing a summary of the actions performed on the operations,
   - The icon appears in the first column of the table if it is a deleted operation,
   - The icon appears in the first column of the table if it is an added operation,
   - No icon appears in the first column of the table if it is an unchanged operation.

   As default, only the changed operations are displayed. Check the "Display all operations" box if you want to see the complete list of work order operations.

   The "Return to the map" button on the summary pop-up allows the user to return to the map with the last selection. Users can readjust their selections before validation if they want.

   
   
3. The "Order" column can be changed in order to reorganize the operations.
   
4. Click on the Validate button,
   → Operations are updated in the work order details.
   
5. Save the work order to save the changes to the operations.
   

Adding geolocated operations

1. Select the GIS elements on the basis of which the operations are to be created.
   → The GIS table is updated with the various GIS elements.
   
2. Click on the validation icon to validate the changes.
   → A summary pop-up is displayed containing a summary of the actions performed on the operations.
   - The icon appears in the first column of the table if it is a deleted operation,
   - The icon appears in the first column of the table if it is an added operation,
   - No icon appears in the first column of the table if it is an unchanged operation.

3. For new operations, a default operation type is initialized. This information can be changed globally or individually.
   
4. The "Order" column can be changed in order to reorganize the operations.
   
5. Click on the Validate button,
   → Operations are updated in the work order details.
   
6. Save the work order to save the changes to the operations.
   

Define the address of a multi-operation work order

In order to facilitate the updating of the address of a multi-operation work order, the address associated with the first operation defined for this work order can be retrieved as the work order's main address. 

This action can be performed manually or automatically. In order for this action to be carried out automatically, the "Initialization of the main address with the first geolocated operation" module setting must be enabled.

Defining the address of a multi-operation work order manually

1. Select "Define the main address" from the icon menu in the [Operations] tab,
   → The address of the first geolocated operation is retrieved as the work order's main address,
   → The "Define main address"action is no longer available in the menu of the icon.
   
2. If necessary, change the address manually from the [Addresses] tab,
   → The entered address is saved but no longer matches the address of the first operation,
   → The "Define main address" action is again available in the menu of the icon to allow the work order address to be resynchronized with the address of the first geolocated operation.
   

Defining the address of a multi-operation task automatically

1. Enable the "Initialization of the main address with the first geolocated operation" module setting
   → The address of the first geolocated operation is retrieved as the work order's main address.
   
2. If necessary, change the address manually from the [Addresses] tab.
   → The entered address is saved but no longer matches the address of the first operation.
   → The "Define main address" action is available in the menu of the icon to allow the work order address to be resynchronized with the address of the first geolocated operation.
