A dashboard provides a set of indicators that are appropriate to be viewed on the same page.
A dashboard can also appear on the home page if the home page is customized for the user's profile.
Managers configure the dashboards and the users view them.

 

Viewing a dashboard

1. In the [Analysis] module, select the [View dashboards] function from the [Management] section.
   → The dashboard view form is displayed.
   
   
2. Select a dashboard or enter its code directly.
   → The dashboard indicators are displayed with their values and the corresponding icon.
   By clicking on the name or value of a filter indicator, you can directly open the result list to which it corresponds.

 

Accessing the list of dashboards in configuration mode

1. Place the cursor in the [Analysis] module and select [Configuration of dashboards] from the [Standard] section.
   → The list of dashboards in configuration mode is displayed.
   
   
2. If desired, select the [Criteria] tab, enter the search criteria and click the [Results] tab.
   → The list of dashboards corresponding to the criteria is displayed.
   
   
3. Select the dashboard to be modified or click on the insert icon to create a new one.
   → The detail form of the dashboard is displayed; see Dashboard [General].
