You cannot change the displayed information: to report a delivery received, see Receiving.

• Amount received excluding tax: Total of amounts received excluding taxes. Is equal to Unit price excl. tax of the transfer line on delivery * (quantity received - quantity in dispute)
• Amount received including taxes: Total of the amounts received including taxes.
