On a list, you can emphasize the most important elements with their formatting: color, font.
For example:
- Displaying high-priority work requests in red.
- Displaying work orders in progress in bold.
Highlighting that you have created may be:
- Reused and applied to the list by default,
- Changed,
- Deleted,
- Shared with all users.
As default, you are the only one who can access the highlighting you have created.
Highlighting that is made public is visible to all users, but only the person who created it and those who are entitled to check the "public" box can change it or delete it.
Management of highlighting
Create highlighting
- In the [Results] tab, select "Create highlighting" from the menu of the icon

→ The highlighting pop-up is displayed.
- Configure your highlighting.
- Confirm.
→ The highlighting is applied and appears on the drop-down list to the right of the icon.
Using highlighting
- Select the highlighting on the drop-down list next to the icon
.
→ It is applied to the list.
Change highlighting
- On the [Results] tab of the function, select the highlighting from the drop-down list next to the icon
.
- On the highlighting menu, select "Change highlighting."
→ The highlighting definition pop-up is displayed. It works the same as in creation mode.
Deleting highlighting
You can only delete highlighting that you have created.
- On the highlighting menu
, select "Delete highlighting."
→ A pop-up appears containing the list of highlighting you have created.
- Select the highlighting to be deleted, then click on "Confirm."
→ The highlighting is deleted.
Configuring highlighting
- Code: Identifier of the highlighting.
- Name: Name of the highlighting that will appear on the drop-down list.
- Default value: To be checked so that the highlighting will automatically be applied when the function is opened (you can change it, however).
- Public: To make the highlighting accessible to all users.
Criteria
- Criterion: Attribute used as criterion, to be selected on the right pane.
- Operator: Type of comparison applied to the value.
- value: Value of the criterion to which the highlighting must be applied.
- Expression: Checking this box makes it possible to enter a dynamic value. See Examples of highlighting.
For the Operator criterion:
- Equals is used to do a search on a portion of text using wildcard character "*" in the value.
- Script is used to create elaborate conditions. See Examples of highlighting.
Formatting
Click on the desired formatting icons on the lines to be emphasized.
The icon

cancels the entered formatting.
- Icon: If desired, select an icon to have appear on the lines in question.
