| Why can't equipment with "canceled" (or "to be deleted") status be moved in the tree structure? |

The standard workflows do not allow changes for points and Assets with "canceled" (or "to be deleted") status. As a move is considered as a change, it is not permitted when the equipment is in this status. To allow canceled equipment to be moved, a specific workflow must be created that allows changes when the status is "canceled." |

In the structure you have created, you must check the "Tree search" box." Work orders created after this modification will be displayed in the equipment follow-up. |

These are either fields inherited from the reading point template or they are fields that do not correspond to the type of reading point,: "meter" or "simple." See Reading point,: Detail form. |
