The configuration is stored in the database and may be changed at any time via this function.
These configuration items correspond to the contents of the “config.properties” and “extUserDir.properties” files in previous versions of CARL Source.

Care must be taken when changing these settings, preferably only under the supervision of CARL Berger-Levrault technical support.

The configuration can be carried out through several tabs:

• System: configuration of various sections (Authentication, General, HMI, etc.), see the System configuration [System] tab
• Identity federation: attribute configuration for a connection with identity federation, see the System configuration [Identity federation] tab
• Logs: activation and configuration of logs within the application, see the System configuration [Logs] tab

 

Accessing the system configuration

1. In the [System] module, select the system Configuration function.
   → The list of HMI settings is displayed.
