This sub-tab displays a distribution of the forecasts and expenses allocated to the Cost center for the selected fiscal year, according to the selected grouping theme. It is read-only.
Display
- Fiscal year: As default, the fiscal year of the current date.
The entries displayed are those with an assignment date falling within this fiscal year.
- Consolidation on descendants: If this box is checked, all entries of the child cost centers are taken into account recursively in the calculation.
- Grouping: For displaying forecasts and expenses:
- by month, from the first to the last month of the fiscal year,
- by type of work (see Type of work order); in this case expenses not coming from a work order are grouped together on a line without a type.
- by type of cost; see Type of cost.
- Graph: Display of data in graph form.
In order for the display to take into account a change of the selected fiscal year, the status of the check box, or the grouping theme, click on the "Update" button.
All the displayed amounts are calculated for all entries:
- for the cost center (possibly its descendants),
- during the period of the fiscal year.
Table
- Month, type of cost, type of work: Grouping criterion.
- Allocated: Amount of the allowances.
- Committed: Amount of remaining commitments.
- Incurred: Amount of expenses made.
- Balance: Amount of allowances - (Committed + Incurred)
