This sub-tab displays a distribution of the forecasts and expenses assigned to the budget, month by month. It is read-only.
Display
- Fiscal year: As default, the fiscal year of the current date. The entries displayed are those with an assignment date falling within this fiscal year.
- Consolidation on descendants: If this box is checked, all entries of the child budgets are taken into account recursively in the calculation.
- Graph: Display of data in graph form.
In order for the display to take into account a change of the selected fiscal year or the status of the check box, click on the "Update" button.
All the displayed amounts are calculated for all entries:
- for the budget (possibly descendent budgets),
- during the period of the fiscal year.
Table
- Allocated: Amount of the allowances.
- Committed: Amount of remaining commitments.
- Incurred: Amount of expenses made.
- Invoiced: Sum of invoiced expenses, once the orders associated with the invoices have been settled.
- Balance: Sum of allowances - (Committed + Incurred + Invoiced).
