This sub-tab displays a summary of the forecasts and expenses assigned to the budget for the selected fiscal year. It is read-only.
- Fiscal year: As default, the fiscal year of the current date. The entries displayed are those with an assignment date falling within this fiscal year.
- Consolidation on descendants: If this box is checked, all entries of the child budgets are taken into account recursively in the calculation.
- Allocated: Amount of the allowances.
- Committed: Sum of expenses committed; see Accounts: Principles.
- Incurred: Amount of expenses made.
- Invoiced: Sum of amounts invoiced (closed invoices).
- Balance: Amount allocated - (Committed + Incurred + Invoiced).
In order for the display to take into account a change of the selected fiscal year or the status of the check box, click on the "Update" button.
All the displayed amounts are calculated for all entries:
- on the budget (possibly budgets descending from the current budget),
- during the period of the fiscal year.
