Using an advanced filter as default

• On the [Search] tab of the function, make sure no filter is selected on the drop-down list next to the icon .
• Then on the filter menu , select "Use this filter by default."
  → When the function opens, the [Results] tab is displayed - The filter is applied automatically. The [Advanced criteria] tab is added.
  → In the description of the advanced filter, the "Default filter" box is checked.

Not using an advanced filter as default

• On the [Search] tab of the function, make sure no filter is selected on the drop-down list next to the icon .
• On the filter menu , select "No longer use this filter by default."
  → When the function opens, the [Search] tab is displayed.
  → In the description of the advanced filter, the "Default filter" box is unchecked.

Save this filter

• On the [Search] tab of the function, make sure no filter is selected on the drop-down list next to the icon .
• On the filter menu , select "Save this filter."
  → The [Save a predefined filter] pop-up is displayed. with the filter criteria already entered.
  → After entering the filter name and clicking OK, the filter is saved.

Importing filters

• Go to the [Search] tab for the function, then in the filter menu , select "Import filters."
  → The import data pop-up is displayed.

• The user clicks Browse, to select the file to be imported, then clicks Send.
  → The import file must be in the correct format.
  → After clicking OK, the filters are imported and: the new filters are created. Existing filters are updated - updating is authorized as default.

Deleting a filter

• Go to the [Search] tab for the function, then in the filter menu , select "Delete a filter."
  → The delete pop-up is displayed.

• The user selects the filter to delete, then clicks OK
  → The advanced filter is deleted.
