If you have sufficient rights, you can manage users' accounts and perform the operations listed below.

1. Open the detail form of the user (see Modifying a user, and User [General]).

 

Reinitializing the password

2. Modify the password and check the "Reinitialize" box.
   → The next time the user connects, the user will have to change the password.

 

Unlocking the account

When the status is "locked," the user can no longer connect following several attempts to connect with the wrong password.

2. On the status menu, select "Unlock."

 

Displaying the connection history

This history is accessible from:

• The user search form:
  → The connections are then displayed for all users,
• The detail form of a user:
  → Only the user's connections are displayed.
