This function lets you define a map background reference system (IGN, OSM).

These map backgrounds can be used for BIM viewers (3D Viewer), but are currently only intended for BIM jobs, and are not used in GIS jobs.

While backgrounds have been added to CARL Source, users can add their own map backgrounds. Each map background must be associated with one or more coordinate systems.
