This tab allows you to:

• which entities are using a document in the library,
• delete the link between an entity and document to update the data and/or delete an obsolete document.

It is especially useful for deleting a document.

 

Filter criteria

To be filled in to shorten the list of displayed entities.

• "Update" button: Displays the list of entities corresponding to the search criteria that have the current document as a linked document.

 

Entities using this document

• Type of element: The type of the entity to which the document is linked. For example, "Work order," "Supplier."
• Code: Functional identifier of the entity. For example, "CH%" to view all work orders the code of which starts with 'CH'.
• Name: Name of the entity. For example, "%boiler%" to view work orders having a name containing the word "boiler."
• Modification forbidden: Checked if the document linked to the entity cannot be changed or deleted.
• Status: Status of the entity. For knowing whether the document can be used or not.
