The meter type is used to classify energy points. The information defined at the meter type level facilitates the creation of an energy point by initializing certain information.

Types appear in the form of an infozone in the energy point detail forms.

Management of the list of meter types

Accessing the type list

1. Place the cursor in the [Equipment] module and select [Meter types] from the [Configuration] section.
   → The list of meter types is displayed.
   

Creating a type

1. From the list of types, click on the add icon .
   → A line is added in creation mode.
   
   
2. Enter the code, name and energy type of the type, then save .
   → The new type is created in the active state and is available.
   

Deleting a type

1. From the list of types, select the ones to be deleted and then click on the delete icon .
   → The selected types are deleted, provided there is no energy is associated with this meter type.
