The "Energy billing tracking" feature allows you to view the energy billing lines and their distribution across all energy points.
Use of this feature requires the purchase of additional rights.
Prerequisites
- Have generated energy invoices on an energy point.
Procedure
- Go to the [Equipment] module, select [Energy billing tracking] available in the [Energy and Utility] block.
→ The list of energy billing lines is displayed.
- Switch to the [Criteria] tab, enter the search criteria and click on the [Result] tab.
→ The list of energy billing lines matching your search criteria is displayed.
You can also view the energy billing tracking on equipment (asset, location, structure point) from its record, by selecting "Energy expense history" in the icon menu
