From PR to PO

When one or more PRs are converted to one or more POs, the documents linked to the PRs are copied to the order(s) (unless the user does not have sufficient rights).

If several POs are created, the application displays a message asking if the documents should be copied to all the POs.

 

From WR to Work order

When a WR is taken into account, documents linked to the WR are systematically copied to the work order (if the user has sufficient rights).

When a work order is created from a work order template, all documents linked to the work order template are copied to the work order, except for documents of type stored file that are not in the library (provided that the user has sufficient rights).
