You cannot change the displayed information: to report receipt of items on a purchase request, you must have the "PR receipt" access right, see Receiving a PR or an order.

• Amount received excluding tax: Total of the amounts of receipts performed excluding tax, calculated as follows,
  Amount received excluding tax = Unit price excl. tax of the purchase line on delivery × (quantity received - quantity in dispute)
• Amount received including taxes: Total of the amounts received including taxes.

• Supplier returns, if any,
• Inventory movements, in the event of an Inventory-generated purchase request with receipt verification.
