If the rights granted by the user license are exceeded, an information message is displayed on the login screen to inform the user of the reasons for unavailability.

This message can be configured, in particular to give the details of the person to contact if an issue arises.
It is then advisable to provide the contact details of the person who fulfils the role of "License administrator"; indeed, only the license administrator has the rights required to connect to the application under all circumstances.
