A consulting assistant lets you define the settings and recipients of the consulting alerts that will be generated by the associated automatic job.

Two standard consulting assistants are supplied as standard in CARL Source.

Access to the "Consulting assistant" function

1. Place the cursor in the [System] module and select [Consulting assistants] from the [Integrated intelligence] section.
   → The list of consulting assistants is displayed.
   
   

Duplicating a consulting assistant

1. Tick the consulting assistant to be duplicated, then click on the add icon (accessible from the result or detail form).
   → The detail form is displayed, in editing mode; see Consulting assistant [General].
   → All fields are initialized with those of the original consulting assistant except the code initialized as blank, input settings initialized as blank and the "Standard" checkbox unchecked.

 

Deleting a consulting assistant

1. From the list of consulting assistants, select the ones to be deleted and then click on the delete icon .
   → Selected consulting assistants are deleted, provided they are non-standard.
