This function is used to administer devices (smartphones and tablets) on which CARL Touch is installed.

 

CARL Touch device statuses

Status management allows you to track devices that you no longer use, either temporarily or permanently.

• Active: The CARL Touch device is valid.

• Inactive: The CARL Touch device can no longer exchange messages with CARL Source; it can be reactivated.
  If a device has Inactive status, messages are still generated in the exchange table, in case the device is later reactivated.

• Cancelled: The CARL Touch device will never be used again. This status is irreversible.
  If a device has Cancelled status, CARL Source messages are no longer issued for it in the pending messages table.

Displaying the history of CARL Touch connections

The CARL Touch connection history is accessible via:

• The [CARL Touch administration] function
  → Connections from all CARL Touch devices are then displayed,

• The detail form for a CARL Touch device
  → Only connections from the current device are displayed.
