Taxes are indicated in purchases for calculating amounts with taxes included.
This function is used to update the tax rates when they change or to create specific taxes.

 

Accessing the list of taxes

1. Place the cursor in the [Purchasing] module and select [Taxes] from the [Configuration] section.
   → The list of taxes is displayed.
   
   
2. You can then add taxes, modify existing taxes, or delete taxes not being used.

 

Description of the fields

• Code: Identifier of the tax. This code will never be visible in the application.
• Name: Name of the currency, displayed in the drop-down lists.
• Rate: Value of the tax, used when calculating amounts including taxes.
• Accounting code: For an accounting breakdown of the taxes.
