CARL Touch is supplied as standard with a "Move" activity.

In the [Activities of a task] function you can:

• add new activities,
• change the name, the labor type and the move activity access authorization.

 

Managing the list of activities

Accessing the list of task activities

• Place the cursor in the "CARL Touch" module and select [Task activities] from the "Configuration" section.
  → The list of standard activities is displayed.

 

Creating an activity

Procedure

1. From the list of types, click on the add icon .
   → A line is added in creation mode.
2. Enter the sequence, code, name and labor type, and then save .
   → The activity is created and available.

 

Changing an activity

Procedure

1. From the list of activities, select the line of the activity to be changed.
   → The line can be changed.

 

Delete an activity

Procedure

1. From the list of activities, select the lines to be deleted and then click on the delete icon .
   → The activities selected are deleted, provided they are not standard.

 

Attributes of an activity

• Sequence: Display sequence in the CARL Touch dialog box.
• Code: Activity code.
• Name: Name of the activity, as it will be displayed in the CARL Touch dialogue box.
• Labor type: Technician's activity type, see Labor type.
• Standard: Checked for standard activities - cannot be changed.
• authorized: To be checked if the activity is "authorized" in CARL Touch. As default, only the "Move" standard activity is available in multi-activity maintenance.
